Ms. Nygaard is considered to be one of Victoria's top interior designers and is the creator of the spectacular westcoast contemporary interiors at Brentwood Bay Lodge & Spa.
Landscape design: Alan Moors - PWL Partnership
Mr. Moors has created westcoast contemporary design with eco-sensitivity. Indigenous and drought tolerant plant materials throughout the property ensure beautiful and sustainable coastal surroundings all year long.
New Home Warranty
The OceanVillas will be built to the highest standards ensuring quality workmanship and materials and a New Home Warranty Insurance Program.
The New Home Warranty covers:
- 1 year warranty for defects in materials and labour
- 5 year warranty for defects in building envelope
- 10 year warranty for structural defects
